Who can join the Spencer Park Toy Library?

Our Toy Library is open to families and caregivers with children aged 0–10 years.

What membership options are available?

We offer several membership options to suit different needs:

• Full Membership & Stocktake – $100 (12 months)
  Full access to the Toy Library for one year, including participation in the annual stocktake.
• Grandparent / Temporary Membership – $30 (3 months)
  A short-term membership option, available once per year only. Temporary memberships cannot be rolled over or extended.
• Committee Membership – $25 (12 months)
  Available to members who volunteer as part of the Toy Library committee. Please speak with a friendly committee member to learn more about this volunteer role and the level of commitment required.

How many toys can I borrow at one time?

Members can borrow up to 12 toys at a time at no additional cost.

How long can toys be borrowed for?

Borrowing periods are advised at the time of hire and may vary depending on the toy and demand.

What types of toys are available?

We have hundreds of toys and activities including puzzles, educational toys, games, ride-ons, and imaginative play items suitable for a wide range of ages and developmental stages.

Where is the Toy Library located?

We are based in the Spencerville Community Hub, next to the Spencerville Reserve and playground.

Do toys need to be cleaned before return?

Yes, please return toys clean and complete to help keep our collection safe and enjoyable for everyone.

What happens if a toy is lost or damaged?

Normal wear and tear is expected. If a toy is lost or damaged, please let us know so we can work together on the best solution.

You can sign up online or in person at the Toy Library during opening hours.
